Standard construction
The Bothy is built to order at our workshop on the edge of the Lake District. It is constructed from cold rolled galvanised steel frame with 80mm PIR insulated steel panels.
Windows
Powder coated aluminium frame and lockable bi-fold door frames with low E energy saving, anti-glare double glazing.
Exterior finish
We source all our timber and materials from suppliers who are FSC or PEFC certified; all timber used is from sustainable sources and well managed forests.
Interior finish
The interior is 19mm tongue and groove solid wood with a natural finish.
Flooring
The Bothy is supplied with 18mm high density engineered particle board ready for your own floor covering.
Fittings
The Bothy comes complete with two sockets and mood lighting including recessed spotlights and a hanging light pendant. Sockets and switches are finished in brushed stainless steel.
Base
The Bothy must be placed onto a prepared and level hard standing area, ideally a concrete base. The Bothy weighs approx. 1.8 tons. If you require any advice a member of our team will be happy to help.
Delivery
Each Bothy is built to order and we deliver to your site within 8-10 weeks. The Bothy can be delivered fully constructed or for locations with restricted access can be supplied flat pack and built on site by our team in just a few days on to the pre-prepared base.
